Georganne Arrington

Georganne "Gigi" Ballif Arrington graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1977 with a bachelor's degree in university studies, and in 1983 with a master's degree in dance. Her master's thesis was on her grandmother Algie Eggertsen Ballif. Like her grandmother, Algie, and her mother-in-law, Norma Rae Arrington, Gigi was a member of the Dance Faculty at BYU. She was a full time faculty member from 1981 to 1984.

Arrington was a full-time dancer and the Director of Education for the Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company. In addition to her time on the faculty at BYU, she also taught at the University of Nevada/Reno, the University of Nevada/Las Vegas and Arizona State University. She is married to David Arrington.
