Andrew Galloway graduated from Brigham Young University in 2016 with a BFA in graphic design.

While a freshman, Galloway painted a window mural in his dorm at Maeser Hall. The mural depicted outlined faces of presidents such as George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Barack Obama, and BYU President Cecil O. Samuelson, in time for President's Day 2011.

In 2015, Galloway worked on the HFAC 50th season brochure that won an excellence award at the 45th Annual Design Competition of the University and College Designers Association. That same year, he received an Oscarson Discovery Grant to help fund his graphic design internship with branding and marketing studio Thinkso Creative. Galloway also received a Copper Ingot Award for his work on the Jazz Ensemble Poster from the American Institute of Graphic Arts 100 Show.
